Ikaros Foods is a division of Teddys Produce
A family owned and operated business
What started as a farm stand on Nesconset Highway in the 1980's has evolved into a distribution center servicing the entirety of Long Island. Eleftherios Portelos took his farm stand, and turned it into Teddy's Produce in 1990 as a wholesale produce distributor. Supplying the food service industry with the best quality produce.
As business grew, Eleftherios's son George along with his nephew Panagioti, Had eventually stepped in after many years in the business working and learning. Forming Ikaros Foods.
We have decided that not only restaurants deserve quality produce and other food products delivered. We will be expanding our services to everyone's doorstep.
Ikaros Foods will now be available to the general public offering fast delivery of fresh produce and quality food items to your front door.
